Before returning items, notify us within 5 business days of receiving item(s) to be valid. IMPORTANT: BEFORE MAILING, customers must get items approved through us, otherwise items will NOT be accepted for return. Go to REFUNDS & CREDITS in the footer tab and click link to follow instructions.

Send back items within 10 - 15 business days to be valid.

Items mailed and/or received AFTER the allotted time will not be accepted. Items will not be returned to sender nor any monies reimbursed for items that we receive after the allotted time. Items will be donated or discarded.

Items MUST BE with no visible signs of wear or use, in new condition and in original packaging. IMPORTANT: NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS on soiled, broken, or damaged products caused by the misuse or wear-n-tear of the customer.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and custom fees.

The original shipping charges and insurance are non-refundable.

Once Style & Glam receives item(s), a refund or credit will be issued to you within 7 - 10 business days. All refunds will be returned back onto original method of payment, (credit card, cash, etc). NO Exceptions.

For customers who received the wrong item due to Style & Glam's error, a store credit will be issued, including an additional credit upto $9.99 for domestic shipping and $19.99 for international shipping. Please keep mailing receipt for proof. Credits will be issued with a special code via email confirmation. Please note, due to our limited stock, preferred items may be unavailable.

The following items cannot be returned: undergarments, earrings, hair pieces, beauty products and signature pieces.
